  • How is the LED crystal film screen made?

 

  • 1. The conductive film material is coated on the flexible transparent film, and the thickness of the conductive film is one order of magnitude lower than that of the flexible transparent film;

 

  • 2. The coated flexible transparent film is subjected to a laser etching process by laser etching to etch out the required connection lines between the LED chip pins to form a conductive film circuit;

 

  • 3. The LED chip is connected to the flexible transparent film of the etched conductive film circuit through ITO conductive electrodes or conductive ink to form an LED flexible display screen, and a protective film is attached to the LED flexible display screen;

 

  • 4. The conductive film circuit etched on the flexible transparent film is connected to the drive bar through a flexible circuit board to form a complete display screen.

  • What are the characteristics of LED crystal film screen?

 

  • The flexible transparent film is light, thin, rewinding, and free design, which can better meet human needs to a certain extent. The use of laser-etched circuits can better control the line width, ensure the same impedance, make each LED chip the same brightness, and achieve the effect of uniform brightness of displayed information content; the circuits can be crossed to achieve a "multi-layer" effect. The required material cost is low, and the installation and use are relatively simple, which can be better used in residents' lives.
